Well I guess you learn new things everyday as a father and even more so as a new father. Today I decided to take the boys on a trip while mommy worked, nothing major just around town. We went to visit the FedEx Kinko's that I used to work at to see some old colleagues. While there an employee offered to buy the boys some fruit punch. Well they were out of fruit punch so she got them Mountain Dew... When I noticed they had mountain dew they had already been drinking it and I did not think too much of it. Well 4 hours later Ethan was non stop talking, playing and running around. Now it is 11pm and I am up still because Ethan is still up. Yes he has been in his bed for 3 hours reading and...not sleeping. So I am learning the effects of caffeine on my children. Connor did fall asleep but not Ethan, he just says I can't sleep. I guess you live and learn. All here is well, it reached 60 degrees today and it was soggy. We have El Nina to thank for the mild weather and I am not complaining. April is still plugging along with her job and her pregnancy. She is thankful to have the next three days off and try to catch up on rest. We will continue to keep everyone posted. Goodnight.
