the older 3 kids have had a cold pretty much all week. bc they have had a cold, i have not been letting them hold or kiss the baby....in hopes that the baby would not get the cold. unfortunately that is not the case, but anyway.....
one day s was asking if she could hold the baby and i said, "no, you have a cold." to which s answered, "i'm not cold, i'm hot, i can hold her." so funny!! i thought it was pretty good that a 2 yr. old knew that the opposite of cold was hot, even though she pretty much missed the point i was trying to make. =)

Sorry to hear that Claire has a cold too. It is amazing how quickly kids learn and so much fun to see how observant they are and able to grasp concepts. I miss sitting on the couch with Sophie and reading. Such joy for me. Give everyone bit hugs and kisses for us. XOXOXO Molly
