a mini vaca

My brother came into town and we were able to spend a little bit of time in Columbus with the fam! We had a blast as usual and got to do some things out of the ordinary for us. My parents live about an hour from Wright Patterson AFB and we ventured there for an afternoon. While we were there we visited part of the Air Force museum that has old presidential planes on display. The boys absolutely loved being able to stand right next to them, and some you could actually go on.

The boys also had the opportunity to go bowling while we were there and really enjoyed themselves. Believe it or not, they tied each other, which made the fact that they only got to play one game a little easier bc neither one, won or lost!

It was also the first time Sophie got to meet her Uncle Adam and Aunt Katie.

There was lots of good food, fun and time spent together! We hope that the visits where we can all be together aren't that long in between!
