yesterday we had a fun kids day. i decided that i would take the kids to see "horton hears a who." my friend sarah, and the boys friend ava, ended up going with us. we thought the movie started at 10:05a and were there ready to go, but the parking lot was empty. we realized it didn't start until 11:30a so we had to figure out what to do for an hour and a half. the boys still love playing the games on the floor at the mall so we decided we would go and let them do that first.
then they were all ready to see horton. the looked so cute all lined up in their seats. they thought they were so big. :)
after the movie we headed to chick fil a because that is the only restaurant, super close, that has a play place. so we ate lunch and let them play together for a while. it was fun to see their excitement throughout the day.

No problem! I am so glad we did it! I had a blast! I know Ava had a good time...she was all talk on the way home about the "big one" and the "little one" and "their Sophie, but not SophiA, like my sister!"
We'll have to do something again...maybe this week! :)
