summer is here!!

we have had a busy month and a half! the summer started off with my brother coming in for 10 days or so. we had a blast! busy busy busy!! there was an indians game, he built the kids a sandbox and we went to geneva for a few open houses. then travis's grandparents came for a visit for the weekend. we went out to eat a few times, which is always a treat for us, took the kids to a place that had bumper boats, go carts, skating, video games, play area and mini golf. we also went to a local town that has a nice waterfall. it was a nice time. then the boys went to my aunt's house for 4 days. they LOVED every min. of it. they slept in a tent, went swimming in a river, played games, ate ice cream, and just had fun playing with caleb and the gang. many thanks to her for taking them!! while they were there s and i went to columbus to visit sarah. it was a nice get away for us. we hung around, went out and tried the pool, but s wasn't a huge fan. we came home for a few days and then went out to colorado to visit travis's brother. it was a nice time. good balance between letting the kids play and going places. we went to a state park in bolder and thought it was beautiful! we also went to a playground that had a sprayground along with a dry area to play. amy and i went and did a high tea at a local hotel and pete and travis went and took the kids to an amusement park and later went and saw transformers. all and all it was a good time. here are some pics over the last couple of months. hope you enjoy!
