because i now have an 8 yr. old, i am needing to come up with more creative ways to discipline. my mom gave me the idea of having him write a sentence over and over. i thought it was an excellent idea. e HATES to write, and repetition is even worse, so i figure hopefully he will start thinking about his actions before acting on them and getting himself in to trouble. i foresee him getting a lot of writing practice in this summer. =)
