summer camp

ethan had summer camp this past week and absolutely loved it! it is about a half hour away so we dropped him off at our local y and he had to ride the bus. he was a little nervous that he wouldn't make friends but before i even left the parking lot, he had plopped down next to a kid that looked about his age and has been sitting with him on the bus ever since. --anyone who knows e knows that he doesn't have any problem making friends.
the weather has been on and off but they keep them busy none-the-less. he has come home saying that he has gone creek hopping, playing a game called ga ga--that he loves, canoeing, swimming, crafts, chapel, they went to the petting zoo and did the obstacle coarse. he has had so much fun, and has come home completely exhausted. he definitely wants to go back next year. i'm just glad he had the opportunity, because he loves the outdoors and so we pretty much knew that he would L-O-V-E camp!
